I got sick last night so I had to skip out on the party and I'm still sick today, my car's battery was dead this morning, my phone died during an update last night and I spent 4 hours today running around to different Sprint stores, only to end up without a phone for the next 4 days (at least) because they can't fix it, I have a hell project coming up at work on Monday and the guy who was going to be leading it will be out for a while, so I'm in charge of it now, I just found out last night that my best friend is moving across the country, and that a girl I've been interested in/doing things with for a while is now taken.

2010 can suck my ass.

Medics transported, but I heard when I got to work that he had died...not sure on time. Hospital has been known to work patients for hours before calling it.

I mean, have they actually ever revived anyone after an hour or two? That would be crazy.

Edit: I meant at your hospital. I've heard of people being brought back to life after long periods of time, but I think it's pretty exceptionally rare?

I've never heard of people being brought back after that long, but then again I am not in the medical profession. I think it all depends on the results they are getting from the drugs and treatment they administer...they could get a normal heart rhythm for several minutes, start to stabilize and then it might all go to shit again. I would consider that one continuous effort of attempting to bring someone back. I can't imagine the brain and heart liking it too much in the end, but the human body can survive amazing things. This was this gentlemens 4th trip in 5 weeks where his heart had stopped, so he has been brought back before. Who knows.

Wow I did not realize the pizza joints were opened today. I was hungry for some non healthy food, so I called figuring, what bad will it do to try, and sure enough they were opened and I got a nice hot bacon double cheezburgar pizza. It has flavour.

It seems like most commercial businesses did not treat today like a holiday. Many places were open when they normally arent on holidays. And others were running their normal hours instead of their holiday hours.

Construction on I87 here in the Bronx. They shifted lanes onto the shoulder, where a sewer drain had broken.

I slammed right into it. No room to move the car over to avoid it lol. First time in 3 years a pothole versus me won.
