Mix of all three. My parents paid for four years and I'm paying for the other two using a combination of out of pocket and loans. I'm still going to come out of this in pretty rough shape.

Scholarship, back when scholarships actually covered almost all the expenses - in my particular case, I had surplus scholarship funds (that is, above the cost of my tuition, books, and such) in the amount of $4,000 to $6,000 per semester. Still worked nearly full-time, however.

I get a lot of scholarships and grant money from the school and local and state scholarship funds. I pay about 50-75% of whats left (which isn't much).

My mom pays for it, but I get roughly 80% in grants/loans (single parent, only child, mom works for non-profit)

The loans are all mine, though. I'll be graduating with roughly $25,000 in debt. That's not even including the debts I will rack up for graduate school...

full tuition waiver + annual stipend to pay for books = no cost for me, unless I choose to transfer to another school

I paid for my own college tuition and books. I was a single mom at the time, with no alimony or child support and I refused government aid. I got to the point where I had two semester left in my last year and could not longer afford to pay for it, so dropped out.

Now, four years later... I pay for VeggieFrog's tution, books, rent, food and other necessities.

Grants, scholarships and $ from my job.

More of the first 2 than the latter.

I'm currently in college. I got a lot of scholarship, a lot more than I expected, plus some loans.
