How did the spammers get my name?

I posted an ad on CL and got the usual spam. I ignored it but now they are replying using my first and last name.

How do they know who I am?
 
First initial. It's canned spam, no human interaction.

This is the last time I put up an ad looking for a midget friend

I don't understand it either. I get spam that is freakingly accurate where they have info I have no idea where they've got it. Though 90% of the time they are wrong. Sending me emails related to my WoW account, and I don't even play WoW lol. They still need to put more effort. I'm guessing the good spammers got their information from hacking a database of some sort, kinda like when the PSN got hacked.
