I've read a few reviews on heatsinks.... especially the SVC Golden Gate since it's the one I have right now. And they can all obtain 26C idle temp...... Now I have the same heatsink, the delta 38cfm, and fong kai 320 comes with a fan duct and a rear fan sucking out of air, and the enermax 365 ve sucking air out too... and my idle temp is around 35???

Does anyone know the secret of getting such low temp? cause honestly I would really like to know.

First off, I think I see some problems already with your setup. Do you have any intake fans? Getting cool air into the case is vital to lower system temps and lower idle temps (even vital to lowering full load temps). You are also going to invite dust into your drives with negative pressure (more cfm blowing out than in).

I idle (when I let it idle) at about that temp with a watercooler on a 1 ghz @ 1.43ghz overclock using 2volts vcore. Motherboard measuring differences may be part of the equation too. Some mobo's read higher than others. (They are probably more correct)

I really think I would get a nice 92 or 120mm fan for an intake on your system. You should notice a temp difference (probably not 10C but some)

Realize motherboards vary in the temperatures that they return. If you have the same exact motherboard, or monitering chipset, than you can compare temps. Temps on different mobo's mean different things. Thats still a pretty good temp though. I don't see how you could get a temp that low anyway, that's cooler than my room temp.
