Well, if you must know the gritty details -- she got the back of my neck, shoulders, back, and arms. No butt, no legs, no genitalia, etc...

You can try meditation or relaxing exercises. Here's a simple one:

Lie flat on a comfortable surface. You can listen to calming music or have silence, your choice. Clear your mind. Now, go down and tense up your toes (as you do so, inhale), hold for a second or two, and then relax, exhaling as you do. Now move to your feet and do the same thing, now your calves, thighs, stomach, and move on up your body. After you get to your head tighten your whole body and then relax it. After you're done, lie there with your eyes closed. Relax any muscles you notice tensing and listen to your surroundings. What do you hear? The tick of a clock? The cat in the next room? the rustle of your clothes as you shift? What do you smell? Dinner cooking? Nothing? Think of a relaxing place. Form a picture in your mind, build it. Are you at the ocean? A ski resort?

You get the idea.

Pretty lame massage, IMHO I guess it was free, but still..

Two more pieces of quality firestar advice:

1. Next time you go for a massage, make sure it's from a paid, Russian escort service...in this way, you can expel your stress, among other things (and of course, aim for the eye...)

2. Also, you might wanna consider not analyzing so deeply the stuff a random masseuse says, unless she's YOUR random masseuse...

Bonus 3. Don't come to ATOT with this sort of question, 'less you want people such has myself to come out of the woodwork and reference "trouser-snakes" and the like...actually, scratch that...my day is brightened by that
