In this article, AT got way over 60FPS in Prey (which uses the Doom3 engine) how did they do it?

It's my understanding that the Doom3 engine is limited to 60FPS no matter what. On the rig in my sig, Prey bounces quickly b/t 60=62 FPS. It certainly looks like my system could do more, but how?

sounds like v-sync + a 60hz display. must be an option to turn it off either in game or in graphic card properties

you can disable the limit using a console command if i remember correctly; it just might mess up the time scale for the physics I think?

Thanks much everyone. How do you run a timedemo? I don't see any built-in timedemo like FEAR has.
