how come when whites commit crime against blacks, they cry hate crime and racist

Actually when blacks commit crimes and it appears to be driven by race they are charged with a hate crime. Perfect Example
Truth is that while blacks are leading offenders in many crime categories, blacks are generally not motivated to commit crime because of race. Its usually something else. As a matter of fact most racially motivated crimes are overblown. Most crimes commited against either whites or blacks are commited by an offender of the same race. Racially motivated crimes make up a very small percentage. But whites are more likely to commit racial crimes against all races, not just blacks. Blacks generally do ok with all other races for the most part. But whites have a history of commiting crimes against all other races, gays, even folks who have a different religion. Whites are also far more likely to go nuts and commit mass murder as well. Is it because they are more fearful or hateful? Or is because they make up 60-65% of the total population? I don't know.

Not any crime by a white person on a black person is a hate crime. Are you stupid? A hate crime is one motivated by racism. When was the last time a bunch of black guys dragged a white boy behind their pickup truck? When was the last time a white kid got lynched for having sex with a black girl? If it happened, it would be a hate crime, just like when rednecks do it.

Saying that hate crimes are a double standard is like saying that the difference between manslaughter and murder represents a double standard because either way somebody got killed.

It actually does and has for many centuries. It's really only in the past hundred years that literary aptitude has degenerated to such a degree in the majority of the population that only the most unsubtle of sarcasm goes recognized. In other words most people are just stupid now.

Hate crime is redundant double jeapordy anyway. Obviously to beat someone down or kill them you gotta hate IMO. I guess it's just another bad "feel good" tough on crime measure that was piped though without much thought put into it - or maybe to add more time to already lengthy sentances in criminal finishing school (prison)

that example is a blatant race crime. he had anti'white writings in his apartment for christ sakes. im talking about white ppl that happens to kill black ppl but w/o having anti'black stuff in his place. if a white does bad against a black, the black community automatically cries racist. thats teh point im getting at.
