How come regsvr32 aint working?

Whenever I try to unregister something,I type this:c:/Program Files/Microsoft Visual Studio/I forget the folder/atolbj.dll /u. When I type this, I get an error,that it cant load the library.

Can you help me?

It may not be a com dll.
