How Come My USB Scanner Dosent work with Win2K?

I have a little problem. I have a Mustek 1200 UB, USB scanner. But quess what, it dosent work with Win2k even though i updated the drivers (whatever was on their page). Before it was working fine with win 98. Any ideas of what got screwed up? I emailed the Mustek guys but no reply yet, and my scanner is just sitting there useless.

Were the drivers actually for Win2K? A lot of not so old scanners do not work with Win2K.

ya they were for win2k and i took all the necessary steps............like login in to windowns as administrator with a capital A..........i did all of it but it dosent work and those Mustek people are a$$es too cuz they dont wanna respond to my dilema.

They probably know that their $hitty drivers dont work!
