Saw the videos, completely priceless! I have a bad feeling that this game was one that was in the middle of being worked on but the devs. couldn't finish it, sent it in and it was accidentally published thinking it was finished when it really wasn't... Lack of collision detection, no police cars what so ever, lack of 'cargo', lack of competing AI, and broken levels show that this game was in the middle of production but was never completed but just released, I think thats what happened. The scenery graphics show that there was a bit too much detail put into this game if it really was just a crappy game.

Looks much more like an incomplete game that was accidentally released.

Additionally, they pointed out, the "computer-controlled" opponent vehicle has no AI and never moves from the starting position. The player drives the truck through the checkpoints and to the finish at his or her leisure in order to achieve victory.

Pretty sure this is a repost, but take some time and google some video reviews of the game, I recall one being absolutely hilarious.
