I'm 21, until recently healthy and very active. I've been getting cold hands and feet since I can remember. Why does this happen? Yes I call upon thee, ATOT braniancs to answer me this!

your blood is too thick to get into the teeny tiny capillaries in your extremeties

you need a blood thinner

I have cold hands and feet during winter too. besides using gloves and socks, what else can I do internally.

I get it during the summer too, especially when playing FPS games, my hands will turn to ice and start sweating, wtf is wrong with me.

So cold hands and feet is definetely an issue I should make a doctors appointment for?

Sometimes my hands and feet get cold too. Mostly only when it's really cold outside, and if I am not wearing gloves.
With hands it could be in part because they have a large surface area and a small mass, so they radiate heat much faster then a leg or a beer gut.

I agree with the circulatory assessment. You might want to see a doctor, but I'd avoid meds as the cure can be worse than the disease. Diet and exercise, that's the best option though stress can cause vosoconstriction thereby limiting peripheral blood flow. I smoke, and I have really hot feet.

My hands and feet are usually cold. It's nothing to worry about. I've been this way for 23 years and it hasn't killed me. 😛

my hands sweat even in room temp. I got a personal fan just for my hands. also, my hands are smooth and soft. I got the static zap the crap out of me in the winter 🙁

You may have Raynaud's Disease which is a circulation problem. Other than the obvious like wearing gloves or heavy socks, you can take certain medications like calcium channel blockers to open the blood vessels and create more blood flow. This is something that you will have to talk to your doctor about
