i been working out for a while now...6 days a week, 3 with weights and 3 with cardio...and i don't get sore anymore, i still make progress tho in regards to gaining muscle and losing weight...i just keep pushing myself further every time i workout, whether it be an extra 5-10 minutes of cardio, or 5-10 lbs. of weight to whatever exercise i'm doing...soreness i feel is right after a workout, but that subsides by the next day...if your not feeling a peak pump in your muscles, add more weight or do more reps, depending on what your goals are
