Are those fat-burners like MetaboLife and BetaTrim really unhealthy, or will they result in short-term gain. And why is caffeine so bad for you.

Sometimes you get sore sometimes you don't don't use it as an indicator for a good workout.

I remember the first 8-9 mounths i started working out I'd be pretty sore the next day. Now im barely sore at all I can go 7 days a week sometimes your body adapts to it.

Or are you taking any suplements or eating differently their might be something in them that increase recovery.

i been working out for a while now...6 days a week, 3 with weights and 3 with cardio...and i don't get sore anymore, i still make progress tho in regards to gaining muscle and losing weight...i just keep pushing myself further every time i workout, whether it be an extra 5-10 minutes of cardio, or 5-10 lbs. of weight to whatever exercise i'm doing...soreness i feel is right after a workout, but that subsides by the next day...if your not feeling a peak pump in your muscles, add more weight or do more reps, depending on what your goals are :D...good luck..
