How come i cant run 1024x768 32bit on 3Dmarks2001se?

I have a:
1000Mhz Pentium III
384MB PC100 SDRAM
30GB 7200rpm Hard Drive
PNY Verto Geforce 4 4400 TI
56X CD-ROM
Windows 98SE
15" NEC MultiSync 3FGx Monitor

I can run 640x480 and 800x600, and i got a score of 7108 running 640x480, should it be a higher score?
