My wife would love that. They finally got someone to fix the heat in her area *yesterday*. And it broke after an hour. Supposed to get a new part in today. They just spent a couple million getting an HVAC renovation last year. She said someone came out a couple weeks ago and looked at it. Nobody even ran power to the heater. (And evidently it was broken, to boot.)

Only two people work back there so no one cares.

lol sounds familiar

we had some nice HVAC issues as well. one summer they forgot to unplug the drain from the overflow area, which then overflowed into the celling and we came in to 6" of standing water in a few labs

Today is like the middle of summer here, honest beloved patriot. When I got up at 6AM it was 54 outside.

Finally starting to warm up here. -16C. Suppose to be even warmer tomorrow and throughout the next few days. It's warm enough that I can finally go shovel but now I'm just lazy so did not bother yet. I can do it tomorrow. :awe: Going to be a pain though since driveway is going to be all bumpy now from not shovelling.

It was 81 earlier today here at our house on the south Oregon coast. It's 67 out right now. The grill was just fired up a couple of minutes ago.

Might have to put a shirt on though, it's getting cooler.

-5F, but the lithium batteries in my power tools still worked. I bring them in every night, although my roto-hammer gets kind of snarky when it is left in the cold. Had to work outside a few days this week, including trenching.
