14F here in the middle of NC.
Supposed to be single digits tonight.

No one around here is used to temps this low.
 
I've got -7 at 0652 in Detroit. RealFeel only -16.

Wind chills were supposed to be lower. We'll see. A bunch of schools closed, although most were on break.

-17 tonight

Over a foot of snow on Monday. Historic lows today and tomorrow. Ice Storm expected on Sunday. Old Man Winter is pounding the piss out of Kentucky this week.
 
10F, North GA. Our power was out from Monday's ice storm (southern ice OMG!!!) and was restored just in time for this cold snap.

Yep, any time I get wound up about the cold and snow, I just gain a little perspective and remember that I still have heat, netflix and internet porn.
 
It has been too cold to brew and too cold to run outside for a good two weeks now. This has to end sometime soon.

I think we were at -4F this morning, and we just got to 0 (NW Ohio). And it's snowing ... again.

-8 here. We bottomed out at -13 the other day.

Hell, a few miles over (why yes, Hell *IS* in Michigan) was at -16 that day.

Of course this morning, I checked to see how things are where the parents and in-laws are. Bit chilly, -17. 😵

Except for Michigan Tech. They don't give a shit about the weather.

Houghton County Airport hit -25 the other day. brrrrr

On the way in the news said some God forsaken place in the UP hit -31 this morning.

Good thing they don't get Southern Ice™ or everyone would be dead.

Weather.com was showing -37F in Frostbite Falls.

Once it gets down into the -Fs ice isn't too slippery.
