How clean are cloth napkins at restuarants?

I spent ~25 years eating lunch with dirt, grease, form oil, and miscellaneous crap on my hands, and never got sick. Using a used napkin from an adjacent table is probably cleaner than a lot of my eating environments were. In other words, I don't worry about it.

It's best just to remember that every part of your body, inside and out, is coated with bacteria, every square inch of the planet, the air you breath, everything, coated, encrusted, saturated with GERMS! Also, microscopic insects and all sort of creepy-crawlies. Please have nightmares.
