"He" is a nothing but an anonymous user on an internet forum. Just like the rest of us. It doesn't matter who he is in real life.
What matters is how the rest of the forums reacts to it.
Accusing him of being a troll will just cater to his victim complex if he really is just a lonely loser on meds.
If he is a "Russian troll", the act of posting is all that needs to occur because then the post shows up in searches and creates the illusion of "conversation". Plus it will draw out the normal forum lonely loser on meds who will feed off the content further creating the illusion of "legitimate conversation or discussion".
