thats subjective:
should I throw away a can of Natty Light after taking a swig and determining it tastes awful?
answer: Yes
but it doesn't mean its skunked.
so will Bud Light taste like Natty if its bad? lol

oh okay...so i'd definitely know? my sister left some beer in her trunk overnight (it was pretty hot) and then i left it in the garage until midday, and then i put it in the fridge. trying to see if that was too long for it to be hot. what conditions actually cause it to mess up?</end quote></div>
Umm heat won't hurt it. Beer is exposed to plenty of heat while it is made.
Time and light are what hurt it. That is why beer bottles aren't clear.
EDIT: I should say that heat won't hurt it without time/light. Heat can speed the process but not over a couple of days.</end quote></div>
That might depend on the situation then I guess - I've found that a day or two outside varying between next to ice in a cooler, under the hot sun, and then back into a cold environment usually makes it taste pretty flat, it's not as enjoyable.
well if it constantly goes between hot and cold, I think that really screws it up rather fast iirc.
