how can you tell how fast your computer is running at?

hi guys

i have an epox 8k7a, 1.2 t-bird 266

i basically, am running the board at factory settings except for the cpu clock which i changed to 133 for cpu and 266 for the ddr

so is there anyway to check if my processor is running at 1.2? is there a way in windows or something?
