not really Bill. it's a proven fact that a wallet in the back pocket can incite back problems.

Boo fucking hoo. We're a society of wimps.

So we should inflict unnecessary injury upon ourselves to prove a useless point? I'd rather avoid teh back problems and save the time and money

That makes no sense. Metrosexuals put their wallets in the back pocket because it looks better....

Metrosexuals keep it in their man purse.

AKA, a Murse.

Indeed, that sounds like a thing WOMEN do, not men.

By Mo0o's logic, you are a wimp if you don't wear high heels and a brazier.

I should take a picture of my wallet. It's about 2 inches thick, and I carry it in my back pocket.

edit: here it is sorry about the size

My wallet looks identical to yours, same type of wallet and everything 😛

brazier

brassiere - SFW

front-left: cell phone
front-right: keys
back-left: empty
back-right: wallet

I just keep my wallet decently thin.

back pocket is just perfect for pick pockets.
so hell no.
as for wimpiness... if being smart is wimpy, well fine.
most people are arrogant about their ability to feel a pick pocket in action, but the reality is they'll probably be distracted and never notice.

Feels really odd when my wallet is in a front pocket for me. Not only that, but it must be the back pocket on the right side. Left side also feels strange. I guess that's a case of buttock memory.

Your fathers were wearing the pants so high up the waist that the back pocket was actually on their backs.

This. Pretty soon they'll start whining their watches are chaffing and only use pocketwatches. Cell phones too painful in your pockets? Cell phone necklace. Or eventually everyone will just have purses.

Really though who gives a shit where someone wears their wallet? Does it matter? I'm gonna switch cheeks with mine and blow some minds.

Edit: goddamnit, my 666th post was bitching about wallets. 🙁

i used to have a wallet that was very thin and worked really well in the back pocket. didn't even know it was there.

then my ex-gf's dogs ate it.

since then i've searched for thin wallets but haven't found any. so now i've got a ridiculously fat wallet. i put it in my desk drawer at work and home. i put it in the center console in my car. if i've got a jacket on i put it in the jacket.

I agree - it's very manly to intentionally suffer needless aggravations.
lol 😀

+1. While were at it, dad used to have this razor that damn near slit his throat when he was late and had to hurry. Does anyone know where I can get old single blade razors. Screw that metrosexual double edge safety razor shit, and forget this mach crap. I'm talking the real thing.

I've always had my wallet in my front right pocket. Lately though, I am running out of pocket space so I decided to try putting it in my back pocket.

Ugh! Do you take it out every time you sit down?! How do you not forget it places?

it only hurts after sitting in one spot too long.
ie driving. after about 2 hours, i have to take it out of my back pocket.

Haha. 🙂

I carry it in my back pocket because my other pockets are filled with keys, cell phones, and pagers. That used to be fine when I was super skinny and wore baggy jeans because I could just pull it off the side and I actually wasn't sitting on it. These days pants are tighter and my butt is bigger. 😉 I take it out when I drive or get home. I think maybe one of those slim wallets might be good, so I could keep it in a front pocket instead and not worry about forgetting it somewhere.

Purses that are too heavy cause damage to muscles in your arm.

Anyhow, I don't use a watch, or a wallet.

I carry around a card, and a 20 dollar bill, and my ID, plus my cellphone, my keys I through where ever I go pretty much, unless I'm in a meeting then they get the front left pocket.
