Wow - I'm not ussually one to attack a post on grammer, but honestly, you appear to be barely literate.

In any case - it is the government that Bush built. He is ultimately responsible, whether it is via the people he appointed, the budgets he proposed, fought for, and approved, or the decisions he made connected to the actual event.

Typos and basic mistakes are forgivable. Passing gibberish off as English and then using it as a strawman is like posting a large neon sign that says, "I am really fvcking stupid and have an opinion that should be dismissed out of hand for my complete inability to communicate and defend it with even the remotest sense of clarity."
