How can this NOT be child porn

So Christian Dior has decided to use a 14 year old (Sofia Mechetner) as a fashion model. Beyond that, they are parading her down the runway in see-through clothing. Once all you lechers are done googling her, explain how it is that a company can contract a 14 year old to walk half naked in front of people in a fashion show and NOT have it be considered child pornography.

hey OP ... victoria secret, and even playboy, both aren't porn. i think you need to learn what the definition of porn is before making any new threads.

and that Sofia chick is ugly as shit.

Because pornography, BY DEFINITION, needs to have sexual content.

Underage NUDITY is not pornography and in most countries its not illegal.

OK, we're finding out who the creeps are.

lol. I took a photography class when i got my DSL. one of the things we went over was photography of children (btw do not do a google search with that topic). it included how to take the best shots, setting them up. playing etc.

we also went over things and david hamilition came up. So did the walmart case where someone took photos of his kids naked in the bath and another one i can't remember clearly.

point was if you define it as "art" and aren't dirty its legal.

Not a lawyer, definitely not my problem if the FBI pays you a visit...

IIRC, it needs to be sexual and/or show genitalia with a sexual intent to be child porn.

I can't believe they cast someone under 18 to play a teenager in American Beauty.

Hey, I'm all for hot and sexy (legal) chicks.

But 14? At that age you're certainly not ready to make a decision to let the world see you naked. It's even more disturbing that the parents gave their consent.

Victoria secret may not be porn, but I bet a couple million teens find it pretty useful on a daily basis. 🙄

And yet, 14 year olds are out there fucking left and right.

Who knew?

You entered the world naked... that must have been a case of child abuse.

Had never heard of her before and while not ugly she's hardly beautiful. She does have a look that is pretty common in modeling so no surprise she's become one.

Back when Milla Jovovich was about 12 years old she was discovered and became the face of several fashion magazines and her modeling then acting career began. I don't think she did anything risque at that age and you don't have to be Pedobear to see the beauty in her face. It has to start somewhere...

How is Playboy not porn?

What's described in the op may not technically be, but fashion shows still sexualize their actresses. Based on the posts above I'm assuming she's a European model which kind of makes it less of an issue.
