Not sure exactly what this screen is called, splash/welcome (see pic)? It's a minor annoyance and I can live with it since it's only on for a few seconds before it boots into Windows; but I'm just curious to know if there is a way, if possible, to disable/eliminate it. Did a Google and forum search but could not find a solution that works. It's easy getting rid of the login screen using the netplwiz command.
When booting up my Asrock logo comes up first and then this window for a few seconds and then it boots into Windows.
Things I tried, besides several registry changes, that did not work.
Checked off Show me the Windows welcome experience.
Booting with the No GUI boot option
In the Group Policy Editor Enabling Do not display the Getting Started welcome screen at logon. I also Enabled Show clear logon background to get a clear picture.
Also tried Enabling Do not display the lock screen, in case it is the lock screen.
If you have a solution that ACTUALLY works and eliminates this screen, not suggestions, please share it.
Edit 9/21: When this screen comes up the Windows white dot circle is still spiraling so something is still loading. IMO, I don't think it's possible to disable/eliminate this screen. Like I said, it's only for a few seconds so I can live with it.
