So jesting about habits that risk your health makes it OK? Nay, I say. There is a better way. Make a lifestyle change that will stay.So do my nicotine fits.

JellyBaby, my cardio-pulmunary system is probably healthier and in better shape than most 20 year olds.
Some people are seemingly immune to the ills of smoking. I hope you and your family fall in this category.my cardio-pulmunary system is probably healthier and in better shape than most 20 year olds.
Water is the only thing you can gorge on and it won't hurt you. Everything else tends to "catch up" with you at some point (too much salt, artificial sweetener side-effects, heart stimulant, hits the teeth, etc.).
Did that all rhyme on purpose?Originally posted by: JellyBaby

Have you heard of water intoxication? and those people who drink tons of water a day without sweating it off, this is bad for your kidneys.

Yes e.g. some people with heart failure need to restrict water for that very reason. With normal health you can drink water without concern.Have you heard of water intoxication? and those people who drink tons of water a day without sweating it off, this is bad for your kidneys.
Yes. I thought a rhyme might get through to him but I suspect, as with most in his situation, it simply bounced off his shielding. You gotta want it, they say.Did that all rhyme on purpose?
