how can me and my friend play SC on same connection?

me and my pal want to play StarCraft on the same cable connection but I think when we log on B.net it gives us the same IP address or somthing and Bnet only alots a certain amount of bandwidth per IP... anyways, any suggestions on how to remedy the problem?

How are you sharing the connection between the two computers? ICS? Router?

umm, a server I think... Were at my dads office

multiple computers behind a firewall/router will require PAT (port adddress translation). most likely, it would be something that you'd have to fix at the router, which i'm not sure that you'd have access to.

If both of you can access the internet at the same time then you should have a problem.
