.........How can I tell what TCP/IP Ports are open in XP Pro?

How can I show which TCP/IP ports are open on my local XP Pro machine? Just need to tell if one port is open, or closed.

And is there a way I can tell if it's 'off' or disabled?

The -p flag for netstat gives you the PID. On XP anyhow.

In XP
-o is the show pid switch

-p allows you to pick a protocol
