How can I tell the difference in the types of RAM I have?

I just recently received two sticks (256 each) RAM from a friend. He doesn't know what their speed is. Normally there is a little sticker or something that denotes the speed or whether it's DDR, etc.. But there isn't anything showing the info on these sticks. How can I find out what speed they are and whether they are DDR or not, if they're pc2700 etc etc?

Thanks.

Welcome to AT ! 🙂anyway... can you make out and post here the markings/alphanumerics from off the actual memory chips..

Thanks for the welcome! 🙂

On one is KVR 266x64c25/256. This one is a Kingston brand.

The other one has numbers and letters but not in the same format. Here is the info for the second one:
Serial number: 0302DGDH00840258. It also has the following: VDD8608A8A-68. This one is a Mushkin brand.
