How can I talk the better half into letting me purchase a Sea Doo

I find what works for me is to just go buy it and bring it home. Big smile and small gift for the wife usually helps. What's done is done.

Just make sure you purchase it with cash. Finance it and you'll never hear the end of it as you'll get an earful every month you make the payment.

Find a decent used one. Then you get the Sea Doo and she see how frugal you are by compromising and saving money. You get married and ride off on into the sunset on your new (new to you anyway) Sea Doo.
