How can I stop IE6 from popping up the window that just loaded

This is really bugging me. Whenever I'm working with a couple of IE windows open and one loads it auto pops up and I don't want it to. Is there a way I can turn this feature off?
 
I do leave it open. Its just I'll like load an ATOT page or something then while its loading go and try to type an email or something and once the ATOT page starts to load, IE automatically puts me to the ATOT page.
