i just hate her for befriending people to use them.

i guess i'm an obsessive guy. happens everytime. i don't really hate anybody :(

Except yourself. That's the only reason you must be willing to put up with this kind of heartache and control. Let go. Start respecting yourself and it'll be a lot easier to flip the bird to those who wrong you, forgive them, walk away, and forget about it.

we haven't talked in 6 months. in real life and online. :(

what if I'm on her list but she never talks to me? :(

It's been six months. Seriously... Get help.

(I hate being on the bottom of the page.)

Counselling is your only hope. Six months is an unhealthy obsession. She probably has you blocked. You're lucky she doesn't have a restraining order against you.

Do yourself a favor and delete her name off of your list.

i think this is also an option...

hold on

If you leave her name there, then everytime you see her name you're going to go into your memories and get either angry or sad. Delete the name and get on with life.

Next time this happens, delete the name ASAP.

Deal with them now and get over her sooner than lying to yourself and continuing to wallow in pitty.

you douche, stop assuming so much. no wonder people here dislike you.

I'm not a douche. However, my assumptions are obviously correct by the hostility in your reply. Humans are built remarkably similar to other humans, my friend.

Sigh. First step is denial. :) At least you're making progress! Sometimes it takes years to get past an emotional tie to someone.

you can remove yourself from other peoples AIM buddy lists

:Q

how do I do that?

Change your screen name and be selective in choosing who you trust with the new one.

but trust can quickly turn into a bunch of lies and hate

you're preachin' to the choir, bud

Sleep usually does wonders for me. Then again, so does alcohol, unfortunately.

2. Send IM.
3. If you get a response, you are on list.
4. Else you suck at life.
