How can I rip a phone book in half?

i have seen my physics teacher rip a yellow page(thicker than a phone book) right infront of the class. :Q. Yes it can be done.

well I saw some contests where a guy ripped a dozen phone books so yeah, it is possible, but this guy was huge and I assume you're a tiny geek :)

easy, just do it such that you start the tears sort of page by page.. you do this by bending it a little.

if you think you're so strong, try crushing a chicken egg lengthwise

I saw em do it on Beakman's World, as was said earlier, you have to either spread out the pages, or bend them in a manner to where you are only actually ripping a few pages at a time.
