I put Chess Brain DC on my computer and long story short, after i uninstalled it it still starts up in my task bar/in the backround, i searched the registry and took out all the entires for Chess Brain, after runing the uninstaller and it still starts when i logon.

Chessbrain crashes my computer, so i need to know how to take it off from starting up when windows does, im runing WinXP Pro, and for now i have to use safe mode to type this. Any help would be great!

That's a good program; I've used it in the past. Alternatively, you could also try running MSconfig (Start Menu --> Run --> msconfig) and disable Chessbrain from the startup tab.

That or run "services.msc". Also try checking in the program if you can. I know some programs will continue to start after turning them off in msconfig because they have an option in the actual program. AIM is one of those, I think.
