How can I remove fan from Swiftech MCX462+

I just installed my MCX462+ and for the fan I used the included push buttons. I want to know how to remove the push pins to take the fan off in the future. I tried it but they won't come off and I do not want to break anything.

I know there must be an easy way to remove them, so could someone please post and tell me how to do this.

Well I will be posting a review soon. It is the best heatsink in my opinion, I do not like the design of the SLKx00 series.
