how can I play an mp3 on a web page using HTML or ASP?

I need to be able to play a song, and I want to use mp3 for obvious reasons (much smaller than a .wav file)
anyone know how i can do it?

how do I get to use that little windows media plugin I sometimes see on different sites?

I cant remember the exact syntax but its either <embed> or <bgsound>

I just embed it in a flash file and then set the size of the flash to 1 pixel.
