I have a Socket7 motherboard with P200 MMX. I'm thinking of getting a new heatsink and take the fan off for passive cooling. But I'm worried that it might not fit or damage the CPU since all HSF are designed to work with either FC-PGA S370 CPU or SocketA cpus. Or.. the heatsink itself could be too large to fit in the baby AT motherboard.
So, I'm thinking of the following heatsinks.
DP5-6H51 CoolerMaster Heatsink and Fan for Socket A CPU (Rated to 950MHz) 60x60
DP5-6I31C CoolerMaster Heatsink and Fan for Socket A CPU (Rated to 1.4GHz)
EP5-6I11 CoolerMaster Heatsink and Fan for Socket A CPU (Rated to 1.4GHz)
Now, I'm not sure the dimension of the latter two... and the coolermaster website says they support athlon, duron, celeron, P3 and K6.but no pentium
Do you think I can fit one into the baby AT board?
