I just upgraded my mobo from a K7TPRO to a K7TPRO 2 so I could overclock my processor.
If I set the multiplier from 7.5 to 8 the the cpu keeps running at 750Mhz.
Is this normal ?
Can someone please help me with this?
Can also somebody tell me what voltage I should select?
Thanks .
Bye.

Like the Chuffmaster said, you have to unlock the processor.

Read this article on Anandtech: AMD Socket-A 133MHz FSB/DDR Overclocking Guide

It will tell you everything you need to know.

You should read articles on anandtech; some good stuff!
And you would've known what to do
to overclock your CPU.

Dang I'm poetic!

that doesnt seem to fix the nead to pencil your cpu, rath just give you the same options avalable on most other mainboards.
