And for the morality police - I hardly think that playing a 360 in a poorly ventilated media cabinet is fraud.

Fraud: an intentional deception made for personal gain. In your case, $100. Deny it all you want.

I had a unit that if I tried hard enough would RROD, but casually wouldn't (but would lock up with pre-RROD symptoms). I called and had MS replace it under RROD - having said "it sometimes RRODs" (which is true), "but is entirely unusable". They didn't have any problems with getting it fixed for me.
