How can I make HIGH QUALITY electronics molds and replacment housings for mod projects?

I intend to do many things, such as mod the heck out of a GB Advance, but I haven't the slightest idea how to make my own molded plastic. I want it to be as high-quality as the real plastic, but I know that'd be very hard to do without a manufacturing line and a minimum order in the thousands! I'm sure some of the Highly Technical regulars know for all their odd-project housing needs, but I don't know how to word it in HT Techie-speak. Anyone wanna post me athread there? Thnx!
