How can I make Fiefox open a link from an email?

When I click on a link in an email (outlook 2007), it opens IE.

But, my default browser is Firefox!
How can I set it up so that Firefox opens links I click on in an email?

This only happens in Vista 64.
It does not happen in XP pro.

I found it!

Firefox was the default browser. But, URLs in Outlook would still open with IE.

Start/All Programs/Default Programs
Set your default programs

In the left pane, select Firefox
Click on "Set this program as default".

That did it.

You could always switch from Outlook to Thunderbird.

Is it free?
Does it have a calendar with reminders?
Will it understand an appointment sent by Outlook, from a sender, and transfer it to its calendar?
Can it issue a meeting request and send it so that Outlook, on receiver's machine, would understand it?
Can it receive hotmail emails automatically?
Does it store all emails and calendar data in a single file for easy transfer?
