How can i make a form have a printable data page after being submitted.

My friend made a big contract thing, and its pretty cool. Its written to his girlfriend while hes gone for the summer, and we want to find a way to put an editable version online. Is there some way to put text fields in for names, dates, etc. so that when you submit the form it gives the person a version of it without the text boxes and the text is all in there. As good as the thing looks, it would be a shame to mess it up by either making them print the ugly white boxes or by just leaving blanks and hand writing stuff in. So does anyone know a way to do this?
