How can I install an unsigned driver on 64-bit Vista?

I am trying to install the network card TF-3239DL.
There are beta drivers for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Vista for it here.
http://www.tp-link.com/support/vista.asp

When I update the driver and point to the downloaded folder, it starts to install but then complains that the driver is unsigned and cannot be installed on 64-bit Vista.

Is there a way to get this to work?
Otherwise, why have the manufacturer released these drivers?

John,

That worked!
Thanks

Where is this ftp?
Who is hosting it?

I have an Asrock 939 Dual SATA motherboard and went and bought this network card because I could not get the one on the motherboard to work with Vista 64. Is there a way to get that working too?

Thanks again

I find it odd that Realtek doesn't offer the 8201 series driver on their site. I found another board that lists has an 8201CL with a Vista 64-bit driver (part of an nForce package). I've extracted the files and zipped up the Ethernet folder. Give it a shot and see what happens.

Now that I have included the Vista network drivers in the installation, it installs drivers for the card as soon as I boot. I don't know how to stop Vista from installing drivers!
So, I cannot try the new drivers you have uploaded!

By the way, the native drivers work fine after putting the PC into sleep and bringing it back out. But, it is a pain to have to do that after every boot.
