How can I get to desktop immediately?

Whenever I start up my computer, I have to hit f1 with the stupid BIOS thing I posed here but that is not what I'm talking about. This is another problem, when the screen loads (after the windows loading bar was going off, before the computer even saw a nick of the desktop), I see my name in a log-in screen. I'm the only user on my computer and I don't want to click my name every time I load my computer, I just want it to recognize I'm the only one and start me up. So, I want to know how to disable the log-in screen so I can be able to be logged in instantaneously when the computer turns on.

ctrl panel > users.
look for the option:
"change the way people log to this computer" (or something like that).

I did something like this:

And It didn't go away, I got this a window that does exactly what the login screen does, it's just not maximized.
