I sort-of have the same question. I have a boyfriend... I still look at porn, though, and so does he. I'm not addicted to it, I don't think... I was out of town for a week... took my laptop w/ like 10gb of movies w/ me to my conference... never opened 1 porn file. I think I do want to stop looking at it altogether though, cause I don't think that I'm treating sex w/ the respect that it probably deserves. That, and lately I've been having more pleasure from porn than sex :-/

I also agree with the already given advice to get away from the computer, get a hobby, stuff to keep your mind busy. Since you have a girlfriend, it's likely something you just do to pass the time when you're bored, in which case all you hafta do is eliminate or minimize the boredom. Good luck.
