How can i get into a locked NID from the phone company?

I live in a townhouse (which i own) and the NID at the end of our row of townhouses is locked.... Any ideas on how to get in? Short of calling the phone company (which i dunno if they would help since i'm not a customer).

Im assuming its a NID, it says Multi-Link on the outside and there is nothing else around that 'could' be a telephone device...

Don't cut the wrong wire and take down phone service for your neighbors. 😉
