How can I get 1T on an Asus P5N32-E SLI PLUS?

I went from four 1GB modules to two 2GB modules in an attempt to get a 1T command rate. When I boot, the POST reports 2T. I looked in the CMOS setup and could find no option called "Command Rate" and no timing option with a "#T" selection. I updated the BIOS and now it doesn't even report the command rate at boot up anymore! I'd like to force the 1T command rate and test for stability, I just need help determining which option that is.
