There are millions of people around the world who love music, and would pay to upload these songs.
It happens everyday. Why delete them when you could find someone who would love and cherish them?

Just click the little IPOD icon in the bottom right corner or itunes or richt click on the IPOD icon that pops up in the itunes "source" area. Then tell it how you want it to manage your ipod. For simplicity, just tell it that you want to manage it manually. Once you get the hang of it you'll be using playlists in no time at all.
