how can i create a shortcut to an internet page that opens up a new instance of explorer

I have several web based apps that I use, and I'd like to have links to them, instead of clicking on a favorite once I am in IE. I use Crazy browser for surfing the web, and I have IE's home page set to my work's web sales app. Is there a way I can create a shortcut to another web based app and have it open up a new instance of ie??
