How can I configure IRQ manually in WINXP?

Is there any way to configure IRQ manually in WINXP? If so, what is the best way to configure in order to achieve optimum performance?

Here is my system config:

Iwill KK-266 (VIA KT133A, 3 SDRAM DIMM slots, on-board sound)
AGP GeForce2 GTS Video
PCI Slot 1 Empty
PCI Slot 2 3COM 10/100 NIC
PCI Slot 3 Adaptec 2940 U2W SCSI
PCI Slot 4 Empty
PCI Slot 5 Highpoint Chipset UDMA 66 RAID
PCI Slot 6 Empty
ISA Slot 1 Empty

IRQ Table:

ISA 0 System timer
ISA 1 Standard keyboard
ISA 3 Com port (COM2)
ISA 4 Com port (COM1)
ISA 6 Standard floppy disk controller
ISA 8 System CMOS/real time clock
ISA 10 MS ACPI-Compliant System
ISA 12 PS/2 Compatible Mouse
ISA 13 Numeric data processor
ISA 14 Primary IDE Channel
ISA 15 Secondary IDE
PCI 10 3Com EtherLink 10/100
PCI 10 Adaptec AHA-2940U2- Ultra2 SCSI (for C drive)
PCI 10 Ashton peripheral HPT 368 UDMA 66 Controller (for my RAID card)
PCI 10 Ashton peripheral HPT 368 UDMA 66 Controller (for RAID card, too)
PCI 10 CMI8738/C3DX PCI Audio Device (on board Sound)
PCI 10 NVIDIA GeForce2 GTS
PCI 10 Via Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller
PCI 10 Via Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller

Somehow, my computer has a whole bunch of devices sharing IRQ 10. I want my C drive (SCSI) and RAID drives (IDE) running on serperate IRQ.

Any advice? I really appreciate your inputs. Thank you!

Your IRQ 10 is the ACPI IRQ input...usually it's 9 put apparently yours is 10...I don't THINK they're on conflicting IRQs because ACPI is assigning them IRQs internally.

Don't bother about it. It' very normal for windows to assign same IRQ to a lot of hardware. As long as you have no problem it's all right. I have Iwill KK266 R+. I had no trouble as long as I was using Win 2000. Had to upgrade the bios when moved to XP and in the new bios I had resource conflict all though i didn't change any hard ware setting when moved from win2k to XP. So I had to assign some IRQs manually. You can do it in bios for this mobo under IRQ Resources which you can find inPnP/PCI configuration. I upgraded the bios again recently and this conflict problem went away and I went back to Automatic IRQ allocation.

I don't have any problem with my current setting. But I wonder if there is any performance loss when both SCSI and IDE hard drive (I have RAID 1, mirroring) share 1 IRQ?
