HOW can i clean the inside of my PC case?

Since it is summer and i live in a hot mediterainnean country (Greece) i have my PC case open all the time to keep my temps low. The problem is that the machine is collecting more dust ti its inside which is something that i dont like at all (its dangerous too i believe). How can i clean the inside of my PC occasionaly WITHOUT putting it in danger? (please dont tell me blowing air inside it with some kind of contraption, i dont have anything like that).

Every six months or so I gut my case. I take everything out that I possibly can and wash it out, dry it with a towel and then blow it out with air (to get any small particles of water out). It is a pain in the butt but it works. I usually blow all of my case fans out with canned air and use a q-tip to get the hard to reach places. I use a vaccuum and canned air on my heatsink.

I would imagine they would sell canned air in Greece. I don't see why they wouldn't. That is the best alternative that doesn't involve "blowing air inside with some kind of contraption" (a.k.a. an air compressor)

If for some reason you do not have access to canned air, you could take your computer apart and blow everything off with your mouth. Just try to be sure you dont spit all over your parts. . .

Its a bit of a hassle, but I dont really see any other alternatives.

Can someone please show me WHAT ON EARTH THAT CANNED AIR IS????

For naff sake.. just use the hoover..

the static story is overplayed.. humans can carry up to 40 kV of static.. a hoover can carry about the same... touch the hoover to the side of the case.. keep the case plugged in to maintain earth... attach the furry fuzzy attachment... suck out the dust...

I am 99.9% certain that you will not blow anything up.

i.e. keep the case plugged in and plug socket ON - but turn the PC off.

Case is earthed. Keep touching the hoover to the case. suck away.
