How can i check what kind of ram i have?

Sandra can usually tell you whose chips are on there. It won't tell you who manufacturered the module, circuit board, etc - for that you gotta open the case and hope there is a manufacturer name/model printed on it.

 
Oh, what fatbaby said. I misread your question, I thought you just upgraded from 128 and want to know what brand of RAM you put in. My bad.
